in the home you are selling will be making a guess - a GUESSTIMATE.
If you would like a GUESSTIMATE, I can do that too - it won't be accurate and
can provide some bad information that most likely has nothing to do with
your property.

Success filled foundation.
There are 6 professionals involved in selling Real Estate:
1. Your REALTOR® - the professional who represents you throughout the transaction.
2. The buyers Real Estate Agent - the professional who represents the buyer.
3. Lender - this professional works for the buyer as well and of course, follows guidelines required in order to provide the buyer with their loan.
4. The Home Inspector - also works for the buyer in giving a "health report" of the house / property / land.
5. Appraiser - Works for the buyer and lender - determines if the agreed purchase price holds value and follows the lenders requirements and guidelines.
6. The Attorney - works for the lender. Prepares all of the legal documents needed to facilitate the transaction.
As you can see, as the seller, you have 1 person looking out for YOU. So let's do this correct from the beginning.
